Unique and charming finca with lots of land

This gorgeous finca simply has it all with it's castle-like features. It is located in a secluded, quiet area of the municipality Vélez-Málaga.

The finca has a gate to enter the property followed by a short drive up to the driveway. There's many options for parking including a carport. In the driveway there's also a workshop.
The outdoor space is very large, and there are many charming features to the finca, like the lounge area overlooking the gorgeous mountain view.

The outdoor area of the plot is very big. Coming out from the dining room there's a nice, open terrace from where you can also enter a cozy courtyard. Furthermore there's a pool area with an additional bathroom, a small shed ideal as a workshop or an extra bedroom and another underground cellar that can be used for storage or again, made into a bedroom. On the plot there's also two small cabins currently being used as bedrooms. There is lots of space and many opportunities to this gorgeous finca.

Vélez Málaga is the largest municipality on the Eastern part of the Costa del Sol with more than 75.000 inhabitants. The Finca is surrounded by many fields and lots of land but is only a short drive to the beach, shops and restaurants.
